  • Smaller sided may feel to some like a step back. In reality, this is a step towards greater development. Across the globe, soccer is often played in small-sided formats, which develops players quickly because they have more time on the ball and more decisions. We are excited to offer an environment that will develop players quickly.

  • We teach age-appropriate roles and rotate players as they learn, especially at younger ages.

  • We aim to develop every player and give meaningful opportunities to contribute; playing time can vary by attendance, effort, and game needs.

  • All coaches are trained in our development and character approach.

  • Attendance, coachability, positive attitude, effort, respect.

  • Sideline behavior, communication norms, punctuality, support of team culture.
